Help with Microgynon30 break week break through bleeding?

Ok so im on Microgynon 30. i decided to try and skip a period by not having my break week and going striaght onto my new pack. 4 days in and ive got breakthrough bleeding. im wondering if its ok to just stop taking the pill now so i can have my break week, or so i have to carry on and use my whole pack? please help :)
