Dissertation problems?

I am doing my dissertation for my BA marketing degree. I’m really de-motivated as my supervisor is not helping me and marking me really harshly. Unfortunately i cannot change her for somebody else? What can i do? I know if she continues doing this i will fail and i really want to succeed.
