If you lied about age and fell in love but the person doesn't know your real age what do u do?

my girlfriend fell in love like head over heels with this guy online and they want to meet but she said she's older than she actually is should she break the guys heart and hers by telling him the truth or just nvr tell him. i'm trying to help her but an outside source would be great.
