I am suffering with gastric problem since 11 months?

i am suffering with gastric problem since 11months and i had been to the gastrologist and he had treated me with allopathy medicine for 4 month my gastric problem reduced but again after stoping of medicines it started , so then i had been to homepathy Dr and he treated me with homepathy medicine and i have been taking the medicine since 5 month but still my gastric problem keep comin and goin , i sometimes feel good and sometimes there is a lot of gas arising , i have stop takin all spicy food and even non veg food , and now i eat only veg food , i really don't know what the problem , i need a solution or should i go for ayurvedic medicine , please guide me
