Will my dtr receive a sitmulis check?

my dtr turned 18 last october--she filed a tax form as single--i claimed her as a dependent as she graduated 2007-we have been told she is to get a $300 stimulis check and she has not received any notice and I cannot receive any answer from irs hotline either
