Imagine you are a dictator President of the US for a term what 3 reforms would you enact?

1) No more subsidies major corps. (GM, Walmart, Exxon/Mobil, ) 2) Forget about mercenaries that cost $400,000 per man, yearly, when a US Private gets $20,000 yr. 3) Use the money for universal health care. It's a disgrace.
