Can i able to satisfy my husband?

i ws 12 yrs that time i felt ual feelings in me...so since that time i started using pillow to satisfy my feelings..i hv nvr been engaged with any person ually.at this point of time when i see any hot scene ..so after some time i feel discharge from me....time duartion is of 5-10 min max.....does it affect my married life?
