Fuel pump shot in Toyota Pickup?

Just picked up an 85 Toyota 4x4 4 cyl efi. The fuel pump is in the tank, and the tank is shot. I want to get it running but cant due to the fact there is no fuel pump.. I have been looking into RCI racing fuel cells, does RCI make tanks with built in pumps? Also, what does "Sumped RCI Fuel Cell" mean?
