Critique my poem please?

I like the message of it but personally the rhyme does not appeal to me and the last four lines about reflecting on yourself and finding what you can do kind of doesn't appeal to me either it feels like a limit is being drawn. It is written decently and may give others some insight to being a master of their own craft instead of multi tasking and being mediocre at the tasks.
