Why is my audio messed up in Camtasia?

I have created a video in Camtasia. I have put my voice over the video, and put all of the audio onto one track (my audio clips don't pair up at the exact point on the timeline, as I have sped up some video clips). And, yet, when I produce the video, the audio gets all messed up. Why? What am I doing wrong?
