I need ideas for spanish food, please.?

I am hosting a get together next month for several people at my church. Many of which are not accustomed to spanish food. My husband is dominican by heritage but 100% american by practice. Consequently I don't know to many spanish dishes or how to cook them. I need ideas for traditional spanish/dominican dishes that are good finger food size and easy to make. If you have that recipe or know where to find it that would be most helpful. Thank you.
