Can I spray the wood under my shingles on my roof to temporarily fix a leak?

i don't know of anything you can spray to fix a leak.if you are serious about repairing the leak, i would advise getting a plastic tarp that you can hold in place with bricks or some other heavy object to prevent it blowing away while you secure it with 1x2 lumber until either you fix the leak or call in someone to do it for you.. now what to do about the leak, are you going to replace the roof or just stop the leak? if your going to repair the leak remember the leak doesn't have to come from right above where you see it coming into the house you may have to investigate to find where it is coming from
