Am I doing the right thing?

I know a guy.Well,I'd a question about him before.I'm 17 and he's 23.I never meet him in person but usually we chat through MSN with webcam.We live thousands miles away,I'm in Malaysia and he's in Exeter,Devon,UK.He smokes weed.But i think he's not that bad because he on line quite a lot which means he spend most of his time in front of the computer.I really like him.I bought him something the other day and post it.[i don't know why i tell this,but just wanna let u know].I think he doesn't like me as much as I like him.This is because he normally reply me so slow and short.(lol pathetic)But when I asked his friends,he did the same thing.So,i don't know cuz I was hoping he was busy that's why he was slow in replying.The other day,I start a fight and asked him to delete me from his list,he doesn't reply and a day after he nudges me and act like nothing happen.I just wanna know whether he likes me?Which I think he had no feeling towards me.Btw,maybe I'm going to continue my study there (UK).So there is a possibilty for us to meet and get to know each other.And I told him the other day that i like a guy (make up story) and is that guy gonna like me and he said," you,re fine and ********.I'll do ya"(it sounds nasty,but HE said that.it sounds good to me).Man..this is embaring,but i really need someone's opinion.Should i tell him that i like him?
