Who's responsible for the sense of superiority and extreme arrogance, today's black males show?

I blame white liberals and the individuals that choose to allow them to shape their behavior. If white liberals had to deal with their 'masterpieces' on a daily basis they might rethink victim/oppressor brainwashing. And if there were consequences for behaving as many blacks do they might rethink following white liberals.
