Where can i get a couch cover for a childrens couch?

I have this whinne the pooh couch that i have had since i was 4, and i dont wanna throw it away, but i have definetly outgrown the pooh bears all over the couch. I was thinking about buying a couch cover for it, but i didnt know if they made them for such a tiny couch. the dimensions are, 3ft, 2inches long, 1ft, 5inches tall, and 1ft, 9 inches wide. i was wondering where they sell them if they do at all. thanks soo much. black, pink, lime green, or white would be a good color, but others would also work, thanks!
