Pokemon sapphire version?

bet people have seen lots of question on how to get feebas and evolve it well i know the easiest way- first of all got towards the fortree gym but when you on you way there you should see a house full of wingull well go surfing in the water next to it, and you should see a fisherman, fish right next to him thats the best spot, now to get its beauty up, jus use 8 weaper berries 1 chesto and 3 kelpsy berries and you need 170 for feebas well that equals 172 hope it helps
