My molars hurt when i walk?

i kow sounds funny...but they do they're fine when i eat they don't hurt when i poke at them but when i walk my top left and right molars hurt. I got my wisdom teeth pulled years ago so it's not that. i did fly for 10 hrs and i had the flu. my ears were plugged for two days but i feel fine now....except my molars hurt...what's going on is it a nerve thing? but on both sides?
