Keep having the sensation of something stuck in my throat...?

I'm not sure of your age, life style or health condition, so I do not in any way want to alarm you...however, the very reason I am googling this information, is for the hope of understanding why I lost my big brother at the very young age of 45 on 4-20-2010. He was having dinner with friends, he jumped up to go to the kitchen sink. His friends observed what appeared as him choking. In just a few seconds, he fell to the floor. He ped away. When talking with my mother, and later reviewing his autopsy, what you just described is painfully frightful of what my brother experienced leading up to his death. He told our mother the day before, that he felt he was coming down with a sore throat. He commented that he hadnt felt well the past three days. At night his legs were bothersome. Coughing and cold like syndromes at night were the worse. He didnt feel as if it was extreme, just bothersome...with this information, please go to the doctor. Have your heart checked. Hypertension, enlarged heart, kidney, fatty liver, arrythmia etc. I dont wont one family in this world, to lose a beautiful loved one so early in life, over something that CAN easily be diagnosed and controlled. Please take care of yourself. I wish you the best. Wendy
