I think my work is forcing me to quit my job?

i work with a company from glasgow, 6 yrs served,i stay in ardrossan,ayrshire,problem is that i have worked all over with this company,east kilbride,loch lomond,airdrie etc,travelling from ayrshire everymorning with van,now i went to work on the monday and they took my van off me and made me travel to other side of glasgow and lanarkshire,after speaking to gaffer i was told that the reason was its too costly and have to make my own way up to work, no notice or nothing,no time to get anything organised and knowingly thati have to get either 2 trains or 2 buses every day which is 75-80 quid a week.there is no work up there and theres been pay offs,i asked for volunteer redundacy but was refused.are they trying to get me to quit?i cant afford to pay to go to work with this been such a low income,to make things worse there taking away my drivers allowance too.what can i do to bring this to a employment lawyer?
