I cant stop crying! please help me...give honest answers please?

My boyfriend and I have been in a relationship for 11 months... we break up and make up often because i always catch him in lies like i always find out he gives his number to girls on facebook and myspace. Well tonight he is with his friends and when i call him he wont answer, he left me a voicemail sayn the reason he didnt call is because he was getting a tattoo ...i dont belive him i called him numerous of times and he didnt answer, and when i finally talked to him he was rushing me off the phone and it seems as if he was talking to me in a friendly manner he didnt call me baby or say I love u like he usually does he just rushed me off the phone! He usually calls me baby and tell me he loves me when we talk... I heard girls in the background and i really think he is cheating. I attend college three hours away from him, and i was supposed to visit him today but i couldnt afford to and when i broke the news to him he seem nonchalant and kinda happy what should i do is he cheating on me??? he hasn't even made an attempt to call me back for hours and hours he usually comes up with an excuse like he felt asleep smh....he once didnt call me all day and wen i confronted him about it he said his uncle died...i really dont believe that story neither i have no proof his family members doesnt seem to be grieving and the next day he was acting like his old self agin he wasnt said or anything...He says he can handle a long distance relationship but i dont believe so... when i tell him its over he screams abd cries and tell me how much he loves me.. He treat me like he wants me to leave and then beg me to stay ! please help
