Colleges in new york?

I am tryin to find a good college with a nursing program in or around the finacel districet of manhatten. i was thinking Pace but there nursing program is in west chester. I am a struggeling C,B, and maby one A student, so any thing that will be easyer to get into. and I need to find a apartment near by to. Thanks
